Keep Control of Your Funds
When trading is the primary reason you are here, we believe that managing your account balance should be simple and clear.
It is necessary, therefore, that funding and withdrawing from your account be the most straightforward action you perform on the Helvoa platform. The platform's highly usable design provides you with multiple methods to consider when funding your account and withdrawing your money.
Your Funding Options
Deposits made by Credit Card must be returned to the same Credit Card if a withdrawal is requested within six months of the deposit date.
If the six-month period lapses, the client must provide a bank statement to allow Helvoa to send the funds back to a bank account in their name (preferably the account used for depositing).
Electronic Funding (E-wallets):
You may need to log into your payment provider to complete your deposit. Please have your credentials ready.
Deposits made by E-wallets (Neteller, Webmoney, Skrill) must be returned to the same E-wallet.
Wire & Money Transfer:
Using this method, you may need to visit your bank or the money transfer provider to process your transaction.
Funds must be returned to the same bank account used for depositing.
For bank deposits, the Company will consider the net amount received in its bank accounts as the deposit, after any applicable banking fees or charges.
Important Notes on Timing and Charges
Processing Time: Please note that your deposit may be delayed if you do not submit the required documents or if Helvoa cannot verify all necessary client information.
